Sumario: | Taking into account the current situation, Lexa Positive Technology has been
has carried out a process of internationalization, due to the fact that it has been importing supplies for a long time.
20 years, for the manufacture of its own brand in technological accessories, but, due to its
interest in expanding its income, considers international expansion necessary and pertinent,
thus finding a trade route with other countries, which allow it to play in
competitive way in the market, this is important, because it could consolidate the
internationalization process that it has been doing just by importing parts for its own
brand. That is why the expansion of the international market becomes a strategy
important for Lexa Positive Technology, helping to diversify the sources of
income, reducing vulnerability to changes that may occur in a single
market, and consequently providing long-term financial stability. This implies that the
reduction of dependence on a single [national] market is important given that at the time
in which the company identifies and can implement a marketing route
