Sumario:Taking into account the current situation, Lexa Positive Technology has been has carried out a process of internationalization, due to the fact that it has been importing supplies for a long time. 20 years, for the manufacture of its own brand in technological accessories, but, due to its interest in expanding its income, considers international expansion necessary and pertinent, thus finding a trade route with other countries, which allow it to play in competitive way in the market, this is important, because it could consolidate the internationalization process that it has been doing just by importing parts for its own brand. That is why the expansion of the international market becomes a strategy important for Lexa Positive Technology, helping to diversify the sources of income, reducing vulnerability to changes that may occur in a single market, and consequently providing long-term financial stability. This implies that the reduction of dependence on a single [national] market is important given that at the time in which the company identifies and can implement a marketing route will cease to depend largely on a specific local market, giving It has a greater capacity to react to possible fluctuations and changes in the consumer preferences in different regions. It should be noted that, by being able to venture into markets other than Colombia, it is easier for The company competes globally, which means that, by expanding its presence geographical, you will have the opportunity to access a greater number of potential customers, in addition, it could compete more effectively with local firms in new markets. Consequently, the entry into new international markets will provide Lexa with Positive Technology, access to technologies, resources and new opportunities for growth that may not be present in the local market, strengthening the capacity of innovation and improvement of its products and services, in order to strengthen the brand, creating a company image that can be globally recognized and trusted in a vision long-term, being able to attract new customers and strategic partners at a global level. Finally, the market expansion of Lexa Tecnología Positiva is essential to taking advantage of opportunities at a global level, in turn strengthening a more competitive for the technological accessories environment, improving their sales levels, managing to be competitive, in relation to South American markets, to finally plan and implement trade route strategies, in terms of logistics, supply chain, and geographical positions, according to the analysis of the target, alternative and contingent market.
