Teniendo en cuenta el marco de situación actual, Lexa Tecnología Positiva, ha venido realizado un proceso de internacionalización, debido a que viene importando suministros durante 20 años, para la fabricación de su propia marca en accesorios tecnológicos, pero, debido a su interés por ampliar sus ingresos, considera necesario y pertinente la expansión internacional, encontrando de esta manera una ruta comercial con otros países, los cuales le permitan jugar de manera competitiva en el mercado, esto es importante, porque podría lograr consolidar el proceso de internacionalización que ha venido haciendo con solo importar piezas para su propia marca. Es por esto, que la expansión de mercado internacional se transforma en una estrategia importante para Lexa Tecnología Positiva, ayudando a la diversificación de las fuentes de ingresos, reduciendo la vulnerabilidad frente a cambios que se puedan presentar en un solo mercado, y en consecuencia brindando estabilidad financiera a largo plazo. Esto implica, que la reducción de la dependencia a un solo mercado [nacional] es importante dado que en el momento en que la empresa identifique y pueda poner en marcha una ruta de comercialización internacional, dejara de depender mayormente de un mercado local especifico, otorgándole a Lexa una mayor capacidad de reacción para enfrentar posibles fluctuaciones y cambios en las preferencias de los consumidores en diferentes regiones. Se destaca que, al poder incursionar en mercados distintos al de Colombia, se le facilita a la empresa la competencia a nivel global, esto quiere decir que, expandiendo su presencia geográfica, tendrá la oportunidad de acceder a un mayor número de clientes potenciales, además, podría competir de manera más efectiva con las empresas locales de los nuevos mercados. En consecuencia, la entrada a nuevos mercados internacionales brindara a Lexa Tecnología Positiva, un acceso a tecnologías, recursos y nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento que posiblemente no estén presentes en el mercado local, robusteciendo la capacidad de innovación y mejoramiento de sus productos y servicios, para con esto fortalecer la marca, creando una imagen de empresa que podrá ser globalmente reconocida y confiable en una visión de largo plazo, pudiendo atraer a nuevos clientes y socios estratégicos a nivel global.
