| Sumario: | The present investigation describes the related criteria of human management that are
immersed in the Colombian technical standard ISO 9001 in its 2015 version, for which a case
study was carried out with a chemical company called Amoquímicos Colombia S.A.S., located in
the Bogotá city. The methodology used is of a quantitative type with a descriptive crosssectional scope for a case study.
The technique used to gather information was a questionnaire
with open questions that relate to the previously established categories, taking into account the
documentation and analysis of the way in which the organization’s quality management system is
implemented. Based on the results, verify evidence of how we verify the processes that are
related to human management and in turn highlight some specific aspects of improvement in the
theoretical justification of organizational psychology that includes continuous improvement and
greater satisfaction in the working group to contribute to product quality and customer
satisfaction. |
