Sumario:The following research seeks to describe the relationship between academic stress and family functionality in students of the INGABO institute in the city of Bogotá. A non- experimental quantitative analysis was carried out, with a sample of 197 students where he used two instruments (SISCO) planned by Barraza (2008) for academic stress and the (APGAR) revised for South America by Suarez and Alcalá (2014), for functionality family. Revealing that there is a moderate academic stress level with 70.56% referring to 139 people and in terms of family functionality if there is a level of mild family dysfunction with 45.69% equivalent to 90 people. Regarding the relationship of the two variables, a correlation analysis was performed using the Pearson correlation coefficient, showing that there is no correlation.
