| description | Social-emotional education has become a determining factor in the development of young people and has not been taken into account in a crucial way in current learning strategies. We seek, by means of an investigative method of diverse documents of different authors, to give a conceptualization of the importance of socioemotional education in early childhood, as well as to introduce teachers to the idea that socioemotional education has a vital role in the work of the individual as a social and complete being. As a consequence, two points of utmost importance can be identified, one being the introduction of the socioemotional concept and its high influence on personal development in different contexts such as the academic and social ones, on the other hand, various pedagogical strategies are presented that have behind them the work of working on the socioemotional aspect in early childhood, thus helping teachers to expand their methodology by incorporating a series of guidelines that will be of great help. |

La educación socioemocional se ha vuelto un factor determinante en el desarrollo de los jóvenes y no ha sido tomado en cuenta de manera crucial en las estrategias de aprendizaje actuales. Se busca, por medio de un método investigativo de diversos documentos de distintos autores, dar una conceptualización sobre la importancia de la educación socioemocional en la primera infancia, así mismo introducir al profesorado en la idea de que la educación socioemocional tiene un papel vital en el trabajo del individuo como un ser social y completo (González, 2021). Como consiguiente se puede guipar dos puntos de suma importancia, siendo uno la introducción del concepto socioemocional y su alta influencia en el desarrollo personal en diversos contextos como lo son en este caso el académico y social, por otro lado, se presentan diversas estrategias pedagógicas que tienen tras de sí la labor de trabajar el aspecto socioemocional en la primera infancia, brindando así ayuda a los docentes a ampliar su metodología incorporando una serie de pautas que serán de gran ayuda.
