description This paper presents the analysis of results of the first phase of my master's research, in which the school environment in the Santa Ana educational institution was evaluated. To this end, a Likert-type survey was conducted among tenth and eleventh grade students, who have been training in the same place for several years, know the teaching population and have spent a lot of time interacting within this institution. A study conducted by Precisa Medición Estratégica de México in 2018, which sought to assess perception in a wide variety of institutions, was found and adapted. The research questions were adapted to the school context to facilitate understanding and obtain punctual results through qualitative questions classified as relationship between students, norms of coexistence, problem solving and actions. The results showed a high rate of verbal aggression (61%), rumors (60%), threats (53%), teasing (57%), blackmail (47%) and theft or damage to personal objects (46%). In conclusion, it was determined that there are behaviors among students that affect the relational quality and the school environment, as well as the performance of the training, learning and teaching process. These problems can be externalized through physical aggression or cyberbullying.

Esta ponencia presenta el análisis de resultados de la primera fase de mi investigación de maestría, en la que se evaluó el ambiente escolar en la institución educativa Santa Ana. Su objetivo fue caracterizar el ambiente escolar de la institución educativa Santa Ana de Soacha, Cundinamarca. Para ello, se realizó una encuesta tipo Likert a estudiantes de grado décimo y undécimo, quienes llevan varios años en formación en el mismo lugar, conocen a la población de docentes y han pasado bastante tiempo relacionándose dentro de esta institución. Se encontró y adaptó un estudio realizado por Precisa Medición Estratégica de México en 2018. Las preguntas de la investigación se adaptaron al contexto escolar para facilitar la comprensión y obtener resultados puntuales mediante preguntas cualitativas clasificadas como relación entre estudiantes, normas de convivencia, resolución de problemas y acciones. Los resultados mostraron un alto índice de agresión verbal (61%), rumores (60%), amenazas (53%), burlas (57%), chantajes (47%) y robo o daño a objetos personales (46%). En conclusión, se determinó que existen comportamientos entre los estudiantes que afectan la calidad relacional y el ambiente escolar, así como el rendimiento del proceso de formación, aprendizaje y enseñanza. Estas problemáticas pueden exteriorizarse por medio de agresiones físicas o ciberacoso.
