| description | The present investigation consists of: A proposal of improvement to recover the learning from the post-pandemic students in the mathematics area from 5th and 6th grade. The general objective is to design a proposal for pedagogical improvement focused on the recovery of learning. The methodology consists of analyzing the low levels of achievement in learning, through the results of external and internal tests applied to the students. To achieve this proposal, the support of a conceptual framework is necessary, which will support the basics for implementation in various teaching strategies. The main motivation is the recovery of the learning making a progress in the development of abilities, knowledge and skills, with the purpose of enabling the integral development in the students. Furthermore, this investigation aims to encourage in the teachers and directive team, the analysis, reflection and collaborative work, to favor decision making. In conclusion, there is evidence of mitigation in the pedagogical gaps of the students, when carrying out teaching strategies such as COPISI, feedback and leveling of learning, where the teacher role is relevant. There is a positive impact of the effective practices reducing the learning gap in mathematics. |

La presente investigación consiste en una Propuesta de mejoramiento para recuperar los aprendizajes de los estudiantes post pandemia en el área de matemática en 5° y 6° básico. Su objetivo general es Diseñar una propuesta de mejora pedagógica enfocada en la recuperación de los aprendizajes. La metodología consiste en analizar los bajos niveles de logro en los aprendizajes, a partir de resultados de evaluaciones externas e internas, aplicadas a los estudiantes. Para el logro de la propuesta, se hace necesario el apoyo en el marco conceptual, que sustentará las bases para la implementación de diversas estrategias de enseñanza. Las principales motivaciones, es lograr la recuperación de los aprendizajes avanzando en el desarrollo de habilidades, conocimiento y destrezas, con la finalidad de posibilitar un desarrollo integral de los estudiantes. También, fortalecer en el equipo docente y directivo, el análisis, la reflexión y el trabajo colaborativo, para favorecer la toma de decisiones. Como conclusiones, se evidencia la mitigación en los vacíos pedagógicos de los estudiantes, al llevar a cabo estrategias de enseñanza como COPISI, retroalimentación y nivelación de los aprendizajes, donde el rol docente es relevante. Se observa un impacto positivo de las prácticas efectivas reduciendo la brecha de aprendizaje en matemática.
