Actualmente, los fenómenos de personas o grupos en masas que deben abandonar sus lugares de origen, resultan más visible y estadísticamente analizables, debido, entre otras cosas, a los controles que ejercen los Estados y a la cantidad de literatura que se ha escrito sobre la migración. Desde luego, que existe una necesidad descriptiva que nos permite mostrar la magnitud del problema y la deficiencia del ordenamiento jurídico colombiano para atender en materia de Salud el fenómeno migratorio de venezolanos, siendo el fin de éste artículo el identificar desde lo jurídico, los mecanismos para la garantía de dicho derecho a esta población.
