purpose of the plan described above is to analyze tourism planning based on the national cultural
tourism policy.
Besides; In the project, a quantitative typology is carried out, which is based on the use of
primary and secondary sources; and at the institutional level the research is developed following
the criteria of the research area of Management in cultural tourism. |

El presente trabajo se enfoca en la creación de una ruta turística cultural la cual busca potencializar los atractivos culturales e históricos, desarrollándose en la ciudad de Riohacha, la capital del departamento de la Guajira. Se presenta un recorrido a través de los lugares más representativos que todo turista debe conocer durante su estadía en el distrito de Riohacha. El documento pretende, abordar el actual aumento de la demanda de servicios relacionados con el turismo cultural en Riohacha la Guajira, para lograrlo, será necesario desarrollar un marco referencial, resultados de la investigación e interpretación de ellos; que se adapte a las necesidades de los visitantes. El plan descrito anteriormente tiene como finalidad analizar la planificación turística con base en la política nacional de turismo cultural. Por otra parte; en el proyecto se efectúa una tipología cuantitativa, que se basa en la utilización de fuentes primarias y secundarias; y a nivel institucional la investigación se desarrolla siguiendo los criterios del área de investigación de Gestión en el turismo cultural.
