| Sumario: | This work represents a management project entitled "Educational Strategy for Kangaroo Mother Program Caregivers in Out-of-Hospital Settings", whose purpose is to design an effective educational strategy for kangaroo program caregivers, in order to improve their adaptation to the new circumstances of out-of-hospital care. In the methodology used, a narrative search is carried out to identify current strategies and standardize the education to be included in the proposed strategy. The results reveal the
absence of a self-directed educational strategy, which implies a constant dependence on health personnel for workshops or general training, which is not as effective. This project seeks to fill that gap by standardizing knowledge on basic home-based kangaroo baby care through the creation of a self-directed virtual educational application. This tool will allow kangaroo caregivers to easily access the necessary education. |
