It is a process that will start from a contextual and theoretical research, which will be able to collect useful and truthful information through agreements, , development plans, supporting documents, being a reference to address during the development process, in this way, apply concepts and strategies to achieve the objectives, generate results and project an adequate proposal based not only on the regulations of the area, but also on the principles of urbanism focused on the population, such as sustainability, quality, safety and versatility, in such a way that it benefits the sector and the user. La presente investigación consiste en analizar y diagnosticar los problemas presentes en el barrio “el triángulo” en Neiva-Huila, ya que sus sistemas estructurantes padecen de deterioro y segregación, por lo tanto, se generan estrategias a través de la revitalización urbana y arquitectónica que busque recuperar la identidad social, ecológica y urbanística. Es un proceso que partirá desde una investigación contextual y teórica, que logrará recopilar información útil y verídica a través de acuerdos, planes de desarrollo, documentos de apoyo, siendo referencia para abordar durante el proceso de desarrollo, de ese modo, aplicar conceptos y estrategias para lograr cumplir los objetivos, generar resultados y proyectar una propuesta adecuada basándose no solo en la normatividad de la zona, sino en los principios del urbanismo enfocados en la población, como lo son la sostenibilidad, la calidad, la seguridad y la versatilidad, de tal manera, beneficiando el sector y el usuario.
