For the consolidation of said proposal, the different contours of the region are analyzed, taking as a starting point: the infrastructure, the location, analyzing the economic, environmental, recreational, tourist impact, etc. Therefore, the need for public spaces is studied, analyzing from the point of priority that these areas should have for the growth of a sector, finally, references are defragmented, in order to increase their capacity having a base for consolidate a construction where the priority is social good.

La presente investigación está orientada a lograr proyectar una conectividad fluvial entre los municipios de Neiva hasta Villavieja en el departamento del Huila, la cual tendrá como protagonista al Rio Magdalena, generada por una conexión de embarcaderos a través de los cuales se permitirá ejecutar un portafolio centrado en servicios turísticos, culturales, comerciales, recreacionales, de transporte y educativos. Para la consolidación de dicha propuesta se analizan los diferentes ámbitos de la región, teniendo como punto de partida: la infraestructura, la ubicación, el impacto económico, ambiental, recreacional, turístico, etc. Por ello, se estudia la necesidad de los espacios públicos, analizando desde el punto de la prioridad que se le debe dar a estas zonas para el crecimiento de cada sector; por último, se desfragmenta referentes, para así aumentar su viabilidad teniendo una base para consolidar una construcción donde se tenga como prioridad el bien social.
