Proyecto de investigación que sustenta la hipótesis de la aplicabilidad de la vivienda de interés social progresiva con características sostenibles, por medio de un prototipo arquitectónico que busca por medio de un desarrollo de vivienda social impactar porcentualmente y favorablemente las cifras de déficit de vivienda en Colombia, la aplicación del desarrollo urbano planteado por medio de esquema básico para la ciudad de Ibagué Tolima plantea demostrar que es posible la aplicación de más de un componente sostenible en la vivienda de interés social, alineándose con las políticas de sostenibilidad y de transición energética que adelanta el actual gobierno nacional de Colombia.
