La organización es consciente de la falta del sistema de SST, es por esto que decide iniciar con el diseño del sistema de gestión. el análisis hecho arroja que no existen los procedimientos idóneos para el desarrollo adecuado de las actividades dentro de la organización, es decir, que no se está cumpliendo con la normativa estipulada por la ley y esto podría acarrear problemas legales para la organización.
