The present investigation try to detect the prevalence of Burnout Syndrome in 40 health professionals including nursing assistants, nursing managers and doctors from emergency and hospitalization services of the Virrey and Solis and Medicadiz Ips in the city of Ibaguè (Tolima, Colombia).
