Summary:	Animal processing plants must implement new methods and systems that safeguard the integrity and safety of the final product. Therefore, proposing a system that allows improving cleaning conditions in an aviation slaughter company is interesting in the following project. The main objective is to redesign the hydraulic and electrical system of berths 1 and 2 and the laundry of huacales 1 and 2. To this end, an analysis of the current installation was initially planned, both in the hydraulic and electrical parts.
