applied was the Occupational Attrition Scale with a duration of 20-30 for each person evaluated.
The data analysis was carried out using Microsoft Excel. The results of the research affirm that
high and very high levels of occupational burnout are present in both trainees and administrators;
people who identify with the positive gender have higher levels of emotional burnout than men. |

El estudio del Síndrome del Burnout ha ido en crecimiento desde el siglo XX e intensificado posterior a la pandemia por COVID-19 y la crisis actual mundial de salud mental. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal el analizar el nivel de desgaste ocupacional en el personal administrativo y aprendices de una empresa privada en el municipio de Ciénaga, Magdalena. La metodología empleada fue cuantitativa y el diseño fue descriptivo, así mismo se utilizó una muestra de 34 participantes, distribuidos entre administrativos y aprendices de la entidad privada. El cuestionario aplicado fue la Escala de Desgaste Ocupacional con una duraciones 20-30 por cada persona evaluada. El análisis de los datos se realizó a través del programa Microsoft Excel. Los resultados de la investigación afirman que los niveles altos y muy altos de desgaste ocupacional están presentes tanto en aprendices como administrativos; las personas que se identifican con el genero positivo tiene mayores niveles de desgaste emocional que los hombres.
