failures due to non-performance of preventive
maintenance and bad practices. Which leads to
damage to mechanical and electrical elements
that prevent its proper functioning and the correct
implementation of the different fundamental
educational practices in learning and training for
working life. This project proposes a restoration
and improvement plan to increase its efficiency
through corrective maintenance, which is not only
based on repairing and replacing parts in poor
condition of the system, but also focuses on
changing obsolete ones or those for which Better
versions already exist in order to guarantee their
functional sustainability and useful life. After its
start-up, an operation manual and a preventive
maintenance manual will be issued that not only
allow its optimal conservation but also provide the
opportunity to the entire educational community
related to the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering
to carry out operational practices and preventive
maintenance. of the different elements and systems
that make up the teaching banks.

Que lleva a que éste, presente daños en elementos mecánicos y eléctricos que impiden su buen funcionamiento y la correcta realización de las distintas prácticas educativas fundamentales en el aprendizaje y formación para la vida laboral. Este proyecto propone un plan de restauración y mejoramiento para aumentar su eficiencia atreves de un mantenimiento correctivo, que no solo se base en reparar, remplazar piezas en mal estado del sistema, sino que también se enfoque en el cambio de las obsoletas o para las cuales ya existan mejores versiones con el fin de garantizar su sostenibilidad funcional y vida útil. Después de su puesta en marcha se emitirá un manual de operación y un manual de mantenimiento preventivo que no solo permitan su conservación óptima, si no que le brinden la oportunidad a toda la comunidad educativa relacionada con la faculta de Ingeniería Mecánica de realizar prácticas operativas y mantenimientos preventivos de los distintos elementos y sistemas que componen los bancos didácticos.
