| Summary: | This research, whose objective is to know the viability of exporting freeze-dried lulo to
Shanghai China, is analyzed by means of a process through the creation of a company called
FILU S.A.S., dedicated to the development of freeze-dried lulo and, at the same time, in charge
of managing the export process. This project was born from the consumer's need to add to their
diet a healthy product that can also be a perfect substitute for products that are not friendly to
health.
Freeze-drying can be found in various presentations and with various products other than
fruits, in this case the project will be focused on a fruit, the lulo; this fruit is chosen because it is
desired for its acidity and has great acceptance among consumers, especially in foreign
consumers as it is classified as an exotic fruit, it is also accepted for the benefits it brings to
health. This fruit, being so juicy, has a short shelf life that can affect its export, that is why the
project looks for through freeze-drying to extend its conservation in order to be distributed to the
market of Shanghai, China.
This is why the development of this project seeks to analyze how viable it is to export
lulo as freeze-dried fruit to a market like Shanghai, taking into account that to make this possible
it is required the constitution of a company that will be able to export the fruit to Shanghai,
China.
This is why, through the development of this project, we seek to analyze how viable it is
