| Sumario: | The objective of the research was to redesign the distribution network of the PTAP Acuacos in Bogotá to optimize its operation. The methodology involved data collection, diagnosis of the current network using specialized software and proposals for improvements. The diagnosis showed problems of negative pressures and abnormal speeds at several points. The proposal made through adjustments in pipe diameters, addition of valves and an extra pump managed to solvethe deficiencies. |
