Sumario:	Initially, it is important to contextualize what the term refers to. dental office, well, this is a space in which processes and procedures for the oral well-being of people. For example, in Colombia for March of the year 2020, according to the registry of providers, it was evident that the specialty of orthodontics was served by 1,851 IPS institutions while the report showed 4,042 professionals independent (1). Now, the office under study is located in Armenia and corresponds to an independent institution, where the specialty of orthodontics is the one that attended more frequently
