Summary:	This degree work exhaustively examines the implementation of quality plans in road infrastructure projects in the municipality of Sogamoso. Through case studies and a detailed analysis of results, it is shown that the effective implementation of these plans leads to a substantial improvement in the quality of the works and greater user satisfaction. Additionally, recommendations for future research and practical guidance for the successful implementation of quality plans in similar projects are provided. This degree work contributes to the body of knowledge in quality management in road infrastructure projects and its impact on the development of sustainable and safe infrastructure.
