Sin duda el mundo está cambiando de una forma abrupta, que día por día es más difícil de seguirle el paso; es decir, no alcanzamos a implementar la facturación electrónica, cuando nos llega “Nomina electrónica, Documentos soportes y radian”, por esta razón cada vez más complicado huir antes los impuestos que como contribuyente adquirimos. Por ende, su mayor problema radica principalmente a que no existe una educación financiera y cultura tributaria el cual afecta de gran manera a los contribuyentes, debido a que no se aplican las normas establecidas para descontar como deducción en el impuesto de renta y complementarios los costos y gastos, lo que genera el incremento al impuesto por pagar. Sin embargo, ante los esfuerzos del gobierno, por la utilización del sistema financiero, No han sido suficientes ya que la demanda no responde ante la oferta, este fenómeno se debe a la falta de conocimiento o educación en el tema de finanzas, por tal motivo actualmente existe un alto porcentaje de ciudadanos que no se encuentran bancarizados e incluidos financieramente.
