| Sumario: | The sector, study area, is the Brisas de Vasconia neighborhood, located in the commune 8 de
the city of Ibagué, which is chosen due to the bioclimatic deficiencies of these
dwellings, the limited dimensions (3.5 x 12.0 mt), the population characteristics and
the psychosocial deficit due to its spatial and economic limitations.
The general objective is the application of sustainable criteria to the type of housing
of the Brisas de Vasconia neighborhood in the city of Ibagué, to study the viability of the
transformation and improvement of habitability conditions in such buildings,
through a study of the 3 most important criteria: energy efficiency, efficiency
water and material efficiency. |
