Sumario: | The main objective of this research work was to strengthen life skills from the implementation of a psycho-pedagogical strategy of a life project in students from 14 to 17 years of age, from grade 8-9 of the Caminar program in the secondary school of La Líceo del Pacifico Educational Institution of the Buenaventura District. It was considered pertinent to carry out this study based on literature that indicates that life skills are of the utmost importance for adolescents to develop a life project and for their development in all areas of life to be positive. Therefore, we started from both a qualitative and a quantitative approach with a concurrent triangulation design and a descriptive scope; A convenience sample was carried out where information was collected through the focus guide as a qualitative instrument and the life skills test as a quantitative instrument in two moments, the first was before applying three sessions with the life project strategies and the second was after the application, which allowed us to see the impact that these had. From the content analysis, it was possible to find that after the implementation of a psycho-pedagogical strategy of a life project, a considerable increase in life skills was obtained. |
