Summary:	Business ideas increasingly gain strength and relevance in Colombia and the world, which is why in this document, a pre-feasibility study is carried out for the creation of a Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability consulting company for SMEs (small and medium enterprises) in the city of Cartagena. Through this study, it was possible to establish how structurally and economically it is viable to consolidate this business idea, breaking down the challenges, opportunities and risks of its consolidation.
