| Sumario: | The objective of this research work is to propose improvements in the cement production
process and the ash dosage in a Cemex Colombia cement plant. A qualitative approach was used,
based on the collection and analysis of information recorded in the company's annual cement
production reports. The study is developed in an exploratory and descriptive way, since it seeks to
examine a little-studied topic and obtain information to carry out a more complete investigation in
a specific context. In conclusion, the results of the project are intended to propose strategies to
improve the cement production process like the TPM and the dosage of ashes, looking for
alternatives that allow greater production at optimal times for the use of resources. |
