However, it must be acknowledged that cats still keep and do their task of pest controllers, especially with rodents and they are still allowed to move around freely. Hence, the free-roaming pet cats have been categorized in three levels, according to the environment in which they live and the dependence level they have with humans: feral, semi-feral and stray. |
