| Sumario: | The present investigation makes a diagnosis of the internal factors for the measurement of
competitiveness, in the agricultural company Finca la Siberia, based on the methodology of the
IICA: technological and productive capacity, quality of human resources, knowledge of
markets and adaptability and adequate relationships with customers.
For this, the survey technique was used, where qualitative aspects were taken into account.
for each of the internal factors of the company, which is dedicated to livestock and agriculture,
counting on a land of 240 hectares where 11 are productive, the others correspond to
pastures to feed cattle. La Siberia farm has little technology, the processes are
manuals, the people who work there have knowledge of agriculture and livestock, which
have acquired through experience, since they come from rural families who have
dedicated his life to this work, but have not received any type of academic preparation |
