between an area of influence. This document addresses aspects of the creation,
development, and difficulties of a Metropolitan Region as an associative figure to be used
between Bogotá and its neighbors (towns), aiming to solve economic, social, and
environmental problems with wide repercussions on the quality of life of the nearly 10
million people who live within that territory. |
