Sumario: | The objective of this work is to analyze the methodological application for the Improvement in
the management of assets of the Sabanalarga 500KV substation, specifically in the Central cut
of diameter one associated with field 5M010 associated with the identification of a high
criticality index in order to carry out strategies of improvement. Based on qualitative and
descriptive methods, it supports the construction of the Improve ability methodology. This arises
from interdisciplinary studies carried out within the organization, studies based on asset
management, and Reliability-Based Maintenance and taking into account that the
administration and optimization of maintenance plans at ISA INTERCOLOMBIA constitutes
one of the fundamental pillars in the management of the assets of the National Transmission
System, that is why the early identification and timely intervention of the critical equipment of
an electrical substation are essential to guarantee the continuity of the service in the Colombian
territory, with this it is possible to obtain as results the improvement in the availability rates,
payment for compensations and events in the system. In addition, decision criteria of the tools
used to be able to diagnose the type of maintenance and the interventions that are being carried
out. It concludes with the correct identification of the Criticality and Improvement Matrix
carried out through fundamental inputs such as the statistics and record of failures presented as
a result of events or de |
