En la vereda Alto Piravante se presentan algunos problemas enfocados en la falta de vivienda en un modelo de ocupación descentralizado, por lo tanto, estas viviendas no se encuentran edificadas formalmente, no cuentan con las condiciones de habitabilidad adecuadas en términos de materialidad, espacios, ventilación e iluminación, entre otros. A partir de la aplicación de una metodología con un enfoque cualitativo se realizará un trabajo de campo, a partir de una recopilación de información no solamente documental si no con acercamiento a la comunidad, en donde se pretenderá hacer una evaluación de los indicadores de sostenibilidad y de las condiciones de habitabilidad en las viviendas de objeto de estudio, Por ende, se desarrollará una propuesta relacionada a mejorar las condiciones de la vivienda rural acorde a los indicadores de sostenibilidad y habitabilidad, teniendo en cuenta las actividades productivas de la comunidad.
