| Sumario: | Due to the lack of a new type of sustainable collective housing in the municipality of Neiva, which is an alternative to the market models of the city (which seeks wellbeing at a housing and environmental level). It is planned to arrive with this proposal at a new model of collective housing typology that meets all these housing needs, which in Neiva has not yet been able to be solved. In the last 20 years the city has changed in an extraordinary way in terms of infrastructure, economic, social and cultural indices. Being the opposite in the collective housing design process, since the modification made in this area is getting worse and worse. Faced with this, research begins to develop and identify suitable parameters for the design of modern and totally sustainable collective housing. S through an arduous analysis and academic discoveries that were taken as references, without forgetting the Brundt land report that was prepared in 1987 by different nations in a commission headed by Dr. Harlem Brundtland, in which the term "Sustainable development was defined as that which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future gener ations to meet their own.” |
