Therefore, this work seeks to answer the following question: How to implement a specialized Geriatric Center with new sustainable technologies which covers its u scale for older adults in the city of Neivase on an urban Huila? For which we work based on the general objective: Develop architectural proposal for a specialized geriatric center to guarantee a healthy life and promote the wellbeing of the elderly in Neiva. |

El presente trabajo se trata de la propuesta de un equipamiento para el adulto mayor en la ciudad de Neiva Huila, teniendo en cuenta que vivir hasta edades avanzadas es un privilegio, pero no está exento de desafíos: una de las mayores tensiones se dará en el área de cuidados a la persona mayor, pues a medida que esto sucede aumenta la proporción de personas con dificultades para el desarrollo normal de sus actividades diarias, necesitan de la ayuda y el cuidado de los demás. S e ha identificado que en Colombia se carece de espacios o residencias para adultos mayores, a donde puedan asistir inclusive antes de que se comiencen a presentar inconvenientes en la salud física o mental de estas personas. siguiente interrogante: ¿Cómo Este trabajo busca responder la implementar un Centro Geriátrico especializado a escala urbana para los adultos mayores en la ciudad de Neiva Huila?
