In the Friends of Father Rafael García Herreros Foundation "APRGH", due to the need
to meet the requirements demanded by the Colombian government, based on the
guidelines and requirements demanded in resolution 0312 of 2019, in the documentation of the
implementation of the system, the following phases are required:
An initial evaluation of the SG-SST with their respective checklists to determine
the degree of compliance with the foundation.
The analysis of the evaluation of risks and hazards present in the workplace,
preparation of checklists with their respective inspections, the process map together with
their characterization, the identification of hazards resulting from the inspections carried out, the
risk assessment and assessment of its intervention measures.
Design of the SG-SST documentation according to the minimum legal requirements
in force in relation to the matrix of legal requirements.
A financial analysis determining the risk reduction factor and the risk factor
justification.
Finally, there are the respective conclusions of the proposal. |

Implementar un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo “SG-SST” (ISO Tools excellence, 2016), contribuye en la reducción de accidentes laborales, debido a la gestión por parte de la organización o empresa en la formación y capacitación de sus empleados, con el objetivo de promover y prevenir riesgos asociados a sus actividades. Este sistema, brinda beneficios en el cumplimiento de los requerimientos legales, identificación de riesgos, credibilidad e imagen fuerte, continua capacitación, ausentismos y rotación de personal. En la Fundación Amigos del Padre Rafael García Herreros “APRGH”, por la necesidad de cumplir los requisitos exigidos por parte del gobierno colombiano, con base a los lineamientos y requerimientos exigidos en la resolución 0312 de 2019, en la documentación de la implementación del sistema, se precisa las siguientes fases: Una evaluación inicial del SG-SST con sus respectivas listas de chequeo para determinar el grado cumplimiento de la fundación. El análisis de la evaluación de riesgos y peligros presentes en los puestos de trabajo, elaboración de listas de chequeos con sus respectivas inspecciones, el mapa de procesos junto a su caracterización, la identificación de peligros producto de las inspecciones realizadas, la evaluación y valoración de los riegos sus medidas de intervención. Diseño de la documentación del SG-SST atendiendo a los requisitos mínimos legales vigentes con relación a la matriz de requisitos legales. Un análisis financiero determinando el factor de reducción de los riesgos y el factor de justificación. Finalmente se encuentran las respectivas conclusiones de la propuesta.
