La práctica se llevó a cabo en la empresa G.A LOGISTIC COMPANY SAS. Es una empresa dedicada a la asesoría en el sector de importaciones, asesorías en logística y transporte de carga nacional. La práctica se desarrolló en las oficinas de la ciudad de Bogotá, en donde desde un principio se realizó y se recibió una inducción en cuanto al tema de nacionalización de carga, en el cargo de auxiliar de importaciones las y funciones específicas fueron: organizar los documentos de importación como factura comercial, lista de empaque, documento de transporte (BL) y demás documentos soportes que requiera la agencia en el momento de la nacionalización de las mercancías de sus clientes. Dentro del informe de pasantía, se va a realizar un análisis preliminar, identificando las posibles falencias por parte de los colaboradores en la compañía GA LOGISTIC COMPANY SAS, con el fin de saber que tan preparados y calificados se encuentran para la verificación y entrega correcta de todos los documentos requeridos por la agencia de aduana con la que tiene una relación comercial actualmente. La empresa A&V ADUANAS Y VALORES SAS que a lo largo del documento se va a llamar A&V, ofreció bajo la alianza estratégica capacitaciones a los colaboradores en documentos soporte requeridos para evitar más retrasos y poder realizar la nacionalización de la mercancía de forma efectiva, siendo esta agencia una oportunidad para la efectividad de los procesos por parte de los colaboradores de GA LOGISTIC COMPANY SAS. Dado lo anterior, se pone a consideración realizar una alianza estratégica con la AGENCIA DE ADUANAS A&V ADUANAS Y VALORES NIVEL 2 SAS, en donde la empresa se compromete a dar prioridad a las consultorías realizadas por la empresa GA LOGISTIC COMPANY SAS, cumpliendo con la debida presentación de documentossoportes para la nacionalización.
