Summary:	In the present project an analysis of the processes of inventory management and storage of the Pereira warehouse - STECKERL ACEROS SAS, where they were observed some problems in relation to the organization and management of storage materials. In addition, in order to apply the knowledge acquired, a deeper diagnosis was made on the topics previously reviewed, and a questionnaire was elaborated in which they discussed a 30% of the employees of the warehouses as a population to cover and have certainty in the Investigation of the problems facing the company.
