This from various causes such as the lack of knowledge of all the benefits that carrying the requirements that the Colombian regulations ask for in companies would bring, or for the fear that they will have extra costs, thus giving these companies results of disorganization, zero protection for the employee's health and safety, more hours without any labor remuneration, among other consequences that will be mentioned in this investigation. Where, by means of an analysis, all these effects can be identified, and also an attempt will be made to structure all the formality that the business "My New Blessing" needs, which is a workshop that has the basic factors with which the company you can count. With this, a proposal will be made from the accounting to the administrative structure with which the company can enter the regulations that the country's regulations have, resulting in the necessary bases to venture and look at the benefits or advantages of giving application to it.

Desde la ingeniería industrial se puede abarcar diversas áreas en lo que el sector empresarial se da, siendo uno de ellos la informalidad que en muchas ocasiones se da en pequeños negocios. Esto desde diversas causas como lo es el desconocimiento de todos los beneficios que traería portar los requerimientos que la normatividad colombiana pide en las empresa, o por el miedo a que vayan a tener sobre costos, dando con ello que se tengan en esas empresas resultados de desorganización, cero protección a la seguridad y salud del empleado, más horas laborales sin remuneración alguna, entre otras consecuencias que se darán en mención en la presente investigación. Donde, por medio de un análisis se podrá identificar todos estos efectos, e igualmente se intentará estructurar toda la formalidad que al negocio “Mi Nueva Bendición” le hace falta, el cual, es un taller que tiene los factores básicos con lo que la empresa puede contar. Con ello, se hará una propuesta desde lo contable hasta la estructura administrativa con la que la empresa puede ir entrando a la reglamentación que la normatividad del país tiene, dando como resultados las bases necesarias para incursionar y mirar los beneficios o ventajas que tiene el dar aplicación a ello.
