| Sumario: | In this degree work our main objective is to "propose a new plant layout for the
company Electroacabados" using key engineering tools, so that everyone who reads this
document can understand in a clear and simple way how to develop one.
We started the diagnosis based on the current situation of the plant, by collecting data
related to the general characteristics of the company and determining the strengths and
weaknesses of the company, giving greater importance to the findings in the production
process of the plant.
We seek to determine an analysis where the factors that influence the company are found
in the flow of materials, the human factor, machinery and where the need for several
solutions for further evaluation and to be implemented within the production plant is
observed, in this way it is determined to make a plant layout.
