Summary:	This paper is a descriptive research based on the improvement of inventory management for the company ALTIPAL SAS by applying ICT tools. For the research project, a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) was applied. On the other hand, different engineering tools adjusted to the specific needs of the company were applied, which involved a review of the current process throughout the inventory management of the company ALTIPAL SAS; as well as policies, storage processes, and available resources. In order to propose strategies according to the behavior of the demand that allow the establishment and use of accurate information for decision making at both administrative and operational level, for the fulfillment of the strategic goals of the company
