| Sumario: | The present work describes a plant distribution to a company that manufactures plastic
bags in the Juanchito sector of the city of Cali, which was carried out under an inductive and
deductive method based on diagnosis and subsequent improvement.
In the analysis carried out, it was determined that the company has a high informality in
its production processes, in addition to being in an uncomfortable space to operate, given that it
has had significant growth in its production. For this reason, it was proposed to redesign its plant,
expanding its work space to streamline its production processes and thus reduce occupational
risks, since it benefits the business with a reduction in the processing times of the bag per unit,
significantly improving its production productivity. 200 to 180 seconds per unit produced. |
