| Sumario: | The following grade work will show a proposal for a system of indicators of
management for the company Alba Group SAS located at the Cali – Valle headquarters, its main
characteristic is that it will be based on the measurement, creation and elaboration of indicators of
management over time, productive occupation in the operation of the company's personnel in
the provision of the service, whose focus is women webcam models, where the activity
economic is the spreading of multimedia erotic content and live streaming on
webcam platforms, since one of the shortcomings that was detected in the company is that
does not know the performance or productivity of the daily work of each model hired by
each shift and for this reason no corrections are made in the measurement method and activities
