industry. However, known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0, it has
revolutionized business operations. Therefore, they are forced to compete in an
environment, new technologies can further analyze the business drivers, using knowledge,
an analysis can be obtained which will serve the organization as a competitive advantage.
In this sense, the accountants evolve to be a strategic group of the organization, in the sense
that the daily and process-oriented roles will be reduced. This work will be carried out in
the micro-enterprises of the city of Santa Marta, seeking to analyze how these have been
affected by the new global trend of industries 4.0 focused on the accounting area and
included in the period of 2019-2022. For this, all the information regarding the use of
technological tools will be characterized, currently used by micro-enterprises in the
accounting sector of the city of Santa Marta. Seek to define the tools that currently exist
thanks to Industry 4.0, data management is modified, which are of great support to financial
processes within MSMEs, talk about each of the programs that are found and begin to
create recommendations |

Sin embargo, conocida como la Cuarta Revolución Industrial o Industria 4.0, ella a revolucionado la operatividad empresarial. Por lo tanto, se ven obligados a competir en un entorno, las nuevas tecnologías pueden analizar aún más los impulsores comerciales, utilizando conocimientos se puede obtener un análisis el cual servirá a la organización como ventaja competitiva. En este sentido los contadores evolucionan a ser un grupo estratégico de la organización, en el sentido de que se reducirán los roles cotidianos y orientados a procesos. Este trabajo se llevará acabo en las microempresas de la ciudad de Santa Marta, busca analizar de qué forma estas han sido afectadas por la nueva tendencia mundial de las industrias 4.0 enfocado en el área contable y comprendido en el periodo del 2019-2022. Para esto se caracterizará toda la información con referente al uso de herramientas tecnológicas, en la actualidad utilizan las microempresas en el sector contable de la ciudad de Santa Marta. Buscar el definir las herramientas que existen en la actualidad gracias a la Industria 4.0 se modifica el manejo de los datos, los cuales son de gran apoyo a los procesos financieros dentro las mipymes, hablar sobre cada uno de los programas que se encuentren y empezar a crear recomendaciones.
