This project is carried out in several facets, the first is to search for why it is not performs an adequate internal control in inventories, accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash registers; After that analysis, the second thing is to find a way to have the proposal Complete with which, it will be shown how it is implemented, the importance and the training that would be done to make it functional for the entity, and thus avoid possible fraud or bankruptcy future by measuring the FUDO program in the Yami Food company.

La presente investigación es diseñar una propuesta de MEDICIÓN DEL IMPACTO CON LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL SOFTWARE CONTABLE- ADMNISTRATIVO FUDO DENTRO DE LA COMPAÑÍA YAMI. Esta tiene como eje principal el sistema contable, pero, junto a ello se hará mejoramiento a otras áreas como lo es la parte logística y de inventarios, las cuales son pilares en la generación de estrategias de la administración. El proyecto se ha desarrollado de la siguiente manera: se realizó un análisis de investigaciones similares y después se determinan algunos antecedentes que ayudan a la formulación del problema. También se muestra un estado del arte que describe fuentes de investigación de otros autores. Este proyecto se realiza en varias facetas, la primera es buscar porque no se realiza un adecuado control interno en los inventarios, cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar y cuadres de caja; luego de ese análisis, lo segundo es buscar la forma de tener la propuesta completa con el que, se mostrará cómo se implementa, la importancia y las capacitaciones que se harían para que le sea funcional a la entidad, y así evitar posibles fraudes o quiebras a futuro mediante la medición del programa FUDO en la empresa Yami Food.
