On the other hand, the importance of the life story of an artist in the cultural and academic context is evident. La historia de vida hace parte de los métodos de investigación cualitativa. Esta metodología está basada en el análisis interpretativo de la experiencia artística pedagógica y es propiciada en la Universidad Antonio Nariño en la Licenciatura en Artes Escénicas con el programa de Convalidación de Saberes. En el presente trabajo se presenta la biografía de Andrés Juan Suárez Moscoso, enfatizada en el relato de los hechos trascendentales a lo largo de su experiencia artístico-pedagógica. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo de grado se plantea como objetivo el sistematizar la historia de vida del artista escénico Andrés Juan Suárez Moscoso sustentándola teóricamente bajo tres categorías: proceso de formación en danza, integrante como bailarín en compañías y formador de grupos de danza y gestor. Por otra parte, se evidencia la importancia de la historia de vida de un artista en el contexto cultural y académico.
