Con la presente investigación se abordó el tema sobre la realización del diagnóstico financiero a la empresa Servi Industrial Mager en el periodo comprendido entre el 2017 y el 2020, debido a que desde el año 2017 la entidad no realizaba ningún tipo de análisis, evaluación o diagnóstico financiero que permitiera conocer en detalle el estado en el cual se encontraba su situación financiera, de tal forma que el objetivo principal que se planteó en la presente investigación fue el de efectuar el diagnóstico financiero de la empresa Servi Industrial Mager durante los periodos 2017 al 2020. El estudio realizado estuvo enmarcado dentro de una investigación de forma aplicada con un enfoque de estudio descriptivo y se ejecutaron técnicas de información documental, de igual forma la fuente primaria fue la visita a campo. Con el diagnóstico financiero realizado se identificaron las partidas más relevantes y críticas que afectaron directamente a la empresa en materia financiera, en el transcurrir de los cuatro periodos sujetos de estudio.
