| Sumario: | In the present investigation, an analysis is carried out on the limitations applicable in the
celebration and execution of the womb rental contract in Colombia, in accordance with the civil
law in force at the time of this investigation.
The foregoing is carried out using the supplementary nature and applicable normative
analogy, since said mechanism is interpretive of the norms and jurisprudence, as indicated in
Judgment C-401/05 (2005): "they are the main source and are directly applicable to resolve
