Finally, and taking into account the El estudio de un diagnóstico de los niveles de estrés laboral es de gran importancia a nivel nacional e internacional por los efectos negativos que este contrae y que le generan a la salud de las personas y con ello a las organizaciones. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar las causas y efectos de la existencia del estrés laboral en la entidad Scotiabank Colpatria, teniendo como base la aplicación un método de estudio descriptivo, mediante encuesta con información de preguntas cualitativas y cuantitativas, para esto se analiza en primera instancia género, edad, profesional, tiempo en la empresa y tiempo en el puesto y para segunda instancia una serie de preguntas focalizadas en las condiciones laborales como posibles causas y efectos del estrés laboral y por último conocer los aspectos positivos y negativos del trabajo, según comentario de los encuestados. Finalmente y teniendo en cuenta los resultados de la encuesta se realizaron algunas recomendaciones y conclusiones del estado en que se encuentran los empleados y en qué estado se encuentran.
