proposal to obtain the title of Environmental Engineering at the Antonio Nariño University in the city
of Bogotá, a venture governed under the concept of green business, which seeks the use of textile
waste produced in the city of Bogotá and transform it into wadding or felts with thermal and
acoustic insulation properties to be marketed in the construction and industrial sectors. This
document includes the information obtained by the authors' research on market, financial and
